Consolidated IT, LLC

BSA Promotion

Consolidated IT has announced a new partnership with the Boston Society of Architects. BSA member firms can receive a free full month of contract IT services. This program is designed to introduce our solutions to local architects as a cost effective means to tame technology frustrations and costs.

Firms with a BSA membership in good standing will receive their 3rd month of IT services free. Consolidated IT works with leading firms to lower their IT costs, improve operations, and offload the IT function from internal resources.

In today’s demanding environment firms must ensure their technology is reliable without adding to overhead costs. This challenge requires highly expert service that’s always available at a fraction of the cost of full time staff. We’ve solved problems for local BSA members in many scenarios, including:

  • Allowing a mid-size firm to reduce staff costs by converting an IT management position to a full time architecture role. Scheduled, in person IT maintenance coupled with remote management and personal emergency support has led to lower costs, smoother operations, and a renewed focus on core business.
  • Improving operations at a small firm that was struggling with spyware, non-functional backups, and no one to turn to for assistance with time-sensitive IT problems. With a predictable, low monthly budget their systems are now functioning smoothly and their staff have immediate access to expert assistance.
  • Helping a large firm seamlessly upgrade their outdated e-mail system. A project that might have taken the internal IT team significant time to train on and complete was turned around in just days through close collaboration combining technical expertise with an understanding of their network and business.

Our services are ideal for professional service firms who want to focus on their core strengths and know their IT will be taken care of without surprise budget adjustments. How can we help you? Contact us to learn more!
